What is the return policy?

Because all RECOV3R products are made to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If this happens, please contact us at support@recov3r.store within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the product or arranging a replacement.

Please note that unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used personal care products.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Due to the custom-made nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all opened, used, or personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@recov3r.store, and we’ll gladly review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

All RECOV3R products are formulated and produced within the European Union, primarily in Riga, Latvia, through our trusted manufacturing partner Selfnamed.

Every product is crafted under strict EU quality and safety standards, using carefully selected ingredients to ensure exceptional performance and purity.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
